Article 13
The present Treaty shall remain in full force from the date of the exchange of ratifications, until such time as law or treaty supersedes by either Negotiating State.

Article 14
The present Treaty shall be ratified, and the ratifications thereof shall be exchanged at Riego as soon as possible.
The present Treaty shall be ratified, and the ratifications thereof shall be exchanged at the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs as soon as possible.
A hard copy will be drafted and posted so that each negotiating party has physical copy of the treaty.
In witness whereof the respective authorized signatories in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the Foreign Relations Act (2009) and by decree of the Uantirian King have signed the same and have affixed their seals thereto.
The present Treaty shall, from the date of the exchange of ratifications be deemed legally binding on both the Kingdom of Victoria and the Kingdom of Uantir.

Discussion, amending, changing etc will last until the 20th of December for these articles. At that time Uantir will commit to the treaty as it is written.
