Greetings and many welcomes!
I would be delighted and honored for you and any Atteran to come to Uantirian shores and explore.
We have so much for you to see, so take as much time as you would like. Just brief list of all the wonders of Uantir include the Academy, which is the only micronational university I have found with posted lectures and an active, responsive professor.
Our Coliseum has a running competition, though currently on semi-hiatus due to overwhelming macronational needs.
Our library has just recently opened and is already filling up with book suggestions and publications by Uantir's very own citizens!
Though not a physical medical facility we also have the only health advice forum in the micronational community.
All this is in addition to the discussions on world issues that the citizens of Uantir feel strongly with and an open legislative process that allows everyone a chance to propose laws that the majority may vote upon, video addresses by myself the King and a slew of public events planned when it's financially feasible to do so.
So again, I say, come and enjoy.

Your Royal Majesty, King Ari,
I sincerely thank you for your prompt e-mail response, and I must deliver a message to you on behalf of a very important man to me, and a personal friend that I have not only gone to war with, but introduced me to this wonderful hobby. This man is HSIH Mik'el Tzion I, my Emperor and "brother". Since He has great respect for Intermicronational leaders who show themselves to embody the ways of nobility, I offer this message from my leader.
His Serene Imperial Highness, Mik'el Tzion I, sends the following message of good will and thanks to you and your citizens:
Your Royal Majesty, with your permission, now that the message has been delivered to you, if I may, I will now begin my visit to the various locations within your micronation and will be asking a great many questions throughout your many interesting topics.
Again, I thank you for your time and for allowing me this great opportunity. One last request before I begin, may I have permission to cover the events that transpire here in our government's periodical, as my travels will certainly be of great interest to the Atteran people?
Sincerely,
Artaxian I

Permission granted, tour and report to your heart's content.
And please ask as many questions as arise. I'm not going to say no question is a stupid question, for there are no absolutes, but as a general rule if you have a question it’s likely worth asking and receiving a respectful answer.

To His Majesty, the noble King Ari of Uantir and his radiant wife the Queen Rachel of Uantir,
On behalf of my government and nation, the Democratic People's Republic of Bzan, I offer your the most humble of greetings and extend the hand of friendship to you. As you may or may not be aware, earlier today my people and government formerly declared our independence from your informal friends in the Kingdom of Licentia as a result of our dissatisfaction with the political and social climates of the good King Colum's nation. It is the most sincere hope of both myself and my government that you will not be discouraged by our nature as a Socialist state or by the fact we are a break-away Republic from a nation you have had only good relations with to date.
I, speaking as Supreme People's Comissioner (Head of State) of the People's Republic, trust that you will accept our invitation of friendship and that you will accept our presence in the micronational world and that we may find many years of friendship in our future.
Due to our recent independance we do not yet have a functional forum or website but hope to have established one in the coming weeks. Once done, we will be happy to notify you of our new location on the internet so your citizens may explore our nation in the appropriate detail and be greeted with the same hospitality we trust you will greet us with.
Signed on behalf of the People's Assembly, Peter Gaffney, Supreme People's Comissioner, Democratic People's Republic of Bzan

Signed on behalf of the People's Assembly, Peter Gaffney, Supreme People's Comissioner, Democratic People's Republic of Bzan I am afraid that at this time, we cannot accept a friendship with Bzan, or acknowledge Bzan's independence from Licentia. As you no doubt know, King Colum II of Licentia is abroad, and as you may not know, the Monarchy of Uantir is currently hosting him. Seeing as such as the case, I am aware that His Majesty Colum has not received (or had a chance to acknowledge or respond to) Bzan's declaration of independence. The Monarchy feels that declaring independence without allowing your parent nation to respond is irresponsible and underhanded. Uantir is founded on the idea that it is the People's responsibility to regulate the government, especially in a democratic situation such as the people of Licentia enjoy. Therefore, we cannot support a breakaway nation under such circumstances. I will be happy to discuss the situation further should you desire it in a more private forum. I may be contacted via Personal Message or E-mail.

In light of it's contents I shall withdraw with my presence from these forums untill a time comes when it becomes acceptable. I have all ready dispatched a message to the e-mail address you have provided and trust that it shall provide you with a better understanding of the motivations behind our declaration of independence and our intentions towards the Kingdom of Licentia. If I may be so bold, I should also request that His Majesty King Colum II be notified of recent events so that, upon his return, we may commense immediate talks to handle any negative consequences that may have arisen as a consequence of our independence. I trust that, one day, either myself or an appointed foreign minister is welcomed to this Kingdom as a legal representative of a recognised nation.

Our current relationship with Bzan does not effect any related nations. Cakeland will be visited and Uantirian relations will be judged by Cakelandian merit.
