We are expecting to receive the King of Licentia in person on Monday. While a formal alliance at the moment is impossible considering some unresolved conflicts, we have long considered Licentia a friend. We intend to settle those conflicts during His Majesty's visit, and we will hopefully open the door to a formal treaty.
