The Kingdom of Licentia is going through a sort time of unrest at the moment. We have had a Number of rebels claim the land as The socialised Republic of Licentia. These people are nothing but Rebels, and are being treated as such by all members of the Kingdom of Licentia. We are relocating to another board: s1.zetaboards.com/Kingdom_of_Licentia/It is still under construction. The only reason for the move is that one of the Rebels held the administrative account and has been involved in the restructure of the existing boards. Licentia is far from dead, and we are going to be fighting these Rebels at every turn. We would ask for the support of uantir, though understand if you wish to stay out of these dealings. If only to reject any diplomatic approach on their behalf, it would be a massive help to dissolving these rebels.

You have Uantir's aid, though I'm not sure there is much we can offer. If you need any help in re-constructing your site, don't hesitate to come to us.
As for Michelle Yui, I am not going to remove you from our boards, or bar your from being here. But since the true ruler's of Licentia have renounced your rebellion any talk about your rebellion, any talk about the Socialist Republic of Licentia and any other treasonous talk held on our boards will be reprimanded. Again, you're welcome to enjoy Uantir the way everyone who visits does, but your treason will not be supported.

The Civil Conflict that saw the Licentian Nation split in two has come to an end. It was only a short war, but it was our first, and I hope our last. The Socialist Republic of Licentia is joining with Bzan to form the USMR. The Kingdom of Licentia remains completely independant, but recognise the roots of the Republic. More details of the agreement can be found here, a copy of which will soon be found in the national archives of The Kingdom of Licentia: s1.zetaboards.com/Forum_of_Licentia/topic/327237/1/

I am glad to hear it has been resolved. Considering Uantirian values on loyalty, we cannot open diplomatic relations with the USMR. The relationship between Uantir and the true Licentia remain unchanged.

We understand your stance on the USMR and appreciate all the support you have given us. Thank you for your help in this time of strife

As a temporary representative of the USMR, I should like to note that the organisation consists of three nations as of yet, atleast one of which has not been involved in any kind of revolt against the Licentia or had any dealings with the Kingdom. I would like to ask if you would be willing to open diplomatic channels so long as they serve as a representative?

If any formal relation is made it will be with a representative of said nation. I am willing to speak to anyone from that unaffiliated nation. Be advised though, since I have yet to fully ascertain the extent to which the USMR affects the individual nations under its affiliation, relations may be preliminary, limited or unattainable.

Very well. The USMR is intended to exist as a European Union-like organisation - the only limitations on individual states come down to the laws passed by the USMR's Supreme Council, which all member states recieve fair representation on. Still, I am pleased that you consent to the agreement - I will notify that Republic of your decision and they should be in contact with you in the future.
