Monday, 20th of April marks the re-opening of the King's Challenge! It seems I've slipped a little. Everyone needs to go read the description of the King;s Challenge again as they have been modified slightly. Pushups: 20 Situps: 35 Squats: 21 Pullups: 1 Run: To be completed this afternoon. Jump Rope: To be completed this afternoon. Sprint: To be completed this afternoon.
