The Kingdom of Bosworth is the first nation Uantir had any lasting contact with and it was the Kingdom of Bosworth that received the first Declaration of Recognition. Cairney is holding a conference concerning the future of Bosworth on the 16th of July, two days from now. I will be unable to attend for I work and then go to class. I need a representative of Uantir there at that conference. Even if just as a lurker I would like a report on what transpired. Though anyone I send I trust enough to become involved in the discussion if they so desire, though it's not the goal of this mission. I have left instructions at the end of this post for the interested parties, and resources to help the chosen diplomat become more familiar with the subject at hand. -- The announcement for the conference was made on the Micras website here and there has been discussion on the topic already through that forum. This is a good place to start to get yourself acquainted with the subject. LinkThe forum for the Kingdom of Bosworth. The conference will be taking place at dr-spangle.com/Cairney/IRC.phpNotify myself through an e-mail if you're attending and notify Cairney no later than an hour before your arrival.

I shall be there, if I remember, so I can give a report on what happens.. however, It'll be better to have someone with more knowledge of Uantir as a representitive.. as I don't think I can talk on your behalf too well or make any deals ect..

The Primary Objective of this mission is reconnaissance so if you are there and could report what went on I would be pleased. It is secondary, and not as important, to have someone to voice a representation and attempt to make a deal or anything along those lines. I do not lust for a share of Bosworth's claims, as much as having that bit at the mouth of the river would be nice, I simply want to know what happens. If it were being done on a forum it would be a moot point because I could simply read it later.

I missed it =/.. I went there later, however, and Jeremy said the following: (7:39:16 PM) Jeremy: well tell uantir they can have the St Pauls and Blore heath colonies I hope that means more to you than it does to me

I'm not sure where St. Pauls is, but Blore Heath is what I would have wanted if I had asked for something.

I talked to him about it. I am going to apply for the annexation of the lands referenced after the recwar they have planned for Gascony (or wherever) is over and he applies for the removal of the Bosworthian lands.

A "diplomatic bag" is a bit of a euphemism - it just signifies any luggage with diplomatic protection from being examined by customs. Of course it would be labelled as such but I have no idea if there is a standard label. ===================
