Dear Uantir It is my absolute privelage on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Victoria II to send you this postcard from Riego Victoria. A new Micronation in this hobby of ours that has been in the pipeline since April this year. We have spent a lot of time working on it and we would like to let you all know that as of November 29th we became a Virtual Micronation. I hope we have a long a happy relationship as our paths cross in the near future and would be very interested in setting up a process in which we can build an alliance with each other. We have set up what we hope will soon become our embassy website in Castle Uantir hereOn behalf of the nation and Her Majesty, we give you Victoria. It is my hope that this postcard finds you well, Regards, Bjorn

I dare say your website is impressive. Outstanding in fact. You will be the envy of the community, and myself included.
But that's just Razzle Dazzle. Beyond the glamor you have substance and I respect that.
I do look forward to a relationship and will, within the next few days, visit Riego Victoria properly.
I appreciate the post, welcome and enjoy all the time you spend in Uantir.
