So I watch the news, and it's not exclusive, but sometimes it seems that when something major happens that requires government response there can be a scrambling not just to react, but to try to figure out how to react.
Obviously different situations have extremely specific conditions and modifiers. But having specific Standard Operating Procedures in place to give a framework for action would be a valuable tool in the administration of our government.
I am introducing an S.O.P series of threads and would appreciate any input from everyone else. I am not the only one who may create S.O.P. threads, any scenarios and situations I have yet to address may be submitted by anyone.
