We eat this one ALOT. You could use any kind of ground meat for this. Turkey, pork, beef, whatever you like.
1 lb ground meat 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 green pepper, finely chopped Salt & Pepper 1 can cream of mushroom (1 can of milk, too) 1 small can of mushrooms Cooked rice or noodles
In a skillet, brown meat and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Add green pepper and soup, simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and serve over hot noodles or rice.
I like this one with rotini.

Do chop the peppers fine, it's never as good when I get lazy and make big chunks.
