The Rile Yamot is Riley Amot, the character's full name misheard by him.

EXT STREET – DAY
MARTIN and BRANNIGAN get out of the car and head up to Brannigan’s apartment.
BRANNIGAN
Why are you complaining so much anyway? You’re an occult radio host, you should eat this up.
MARTIN
The only thing paranormal I’ve ever seen is your brain. Mostly because you’re insane.
BRANNIGAN
Also because I can see the future.
MARTIN
Sure, that too.
BRANNIGAN
Good to hear I’m good for something. So you know that mystery killer I’ve been hunting?
MARTIN
You mean you’re obsession with a conspiracy that may or may not exist.
BRANNIGAN
I think he might be connected to The Boss
MARTIN
Another obsession prohibiting you from having a girlfriend.
BRANNIGAN
Seriously, what do you think?
MARTIN
You want my opinion on a ninja killer and a super villain bent on world domination? I don’t expect to live in a dystopian world in the near future and I don’t believe in insidious machinations and I don’t see a lone hero saving the world from ultimate destruction. The world doesn’t work that way.
BRANNIGAN
I’m not saying it’s that much like a comic book. But realistically, what could a businessman without morals do if he could kill anyone and never get caught for it? What if he controlled a senator, or the president? This guy is already a genius when it comes to information management. Have I shown you the files?
MARTIN
Probably
BRANNIGAN
We’ll I’ll show you again. He’s already suspected of bringing in cocaine and heroin through his shipping company. The Coast Guard has had it out for him for a decade. Somehow, he’s always one step ahead. How he moves anything is beyond me, but you can follow his actions through his money and merchandise. Anyone whose murder fits the MO of the phantom hit man is related to him somehow. Either they get his money, or they stand in his way.
MARTIN
So you’re trying to say that anyone who is murdered by an unidentifiable man is on the bank roll of The Boss?
BRANNIGAN
Or in his way, like the Mom and Pop florist that wouldn’t sell out on a block that, after they were killed, became one of his warehouses. The deeper I dig the more I find this same pattern, same circumstance. Out in the open, no link to the murderer, no evidence, no identification, freak defects in security devices, conflicting eye witness accounts.
MARTIN
So you’re saying that your Ghost is The Boss’s personal hound?
BRANNIGAN
Yeah. This last guy is the hardest to pin together. The guy at the 7-11 was a doctor at the fertility clinic he supports as he charity write off.
MARTIN
There’s no fertility clinic in town.
BRANNIGAN
How do you know?
MARTIN
My sister was trying to get knocked up a year or so back. As I recall they spent a weekend at a motel since the place was so far away. It worked, though I dunno if it was the clinic or the motel.
BRANNING
Wow. Okay, yeah, you’re right. There’s no clinic in this county. Dr. Monroe didn’t show up for work two days before he died. I gave it a call, the nurses all said he left in a hurry with no explination.
MARTIN
Emergency vacation?
BRANNIGAN
I think he was running. The Boss made an example of him, either because he defied him or he knew something The Boss couldn’t let slip away.
MARTIN
Okay, I’ll buy that.
BRANNIGAN
And he was made an example of, out in public like this. I don’t know if The Boss is getting bold or sloppy. It’s only these last five years that the gruesome, almost execution like murders have been going on. Before then, people would just disappear, like this developer in Florida.
MARTIN
Maybe he was eaten by an alligator. So you’ve gone from super villain and super assassin to a league of evil here, subtly killing his way to world domination?
BRANNIGAN
Well..yes. I haven’t been able to put together real evidence on The Boss. If I can get to the Ghost, I might be able to get him to talk.
MARTIN
Or he’ll kill you.
BRANNIGAN
I’ll just have to charm him.
MARTIN
Ooooh, you want to persuade the super weapon to turn on the ultra mafia…alone.
BRANNIGAN
I’ve got you.
MARTIN
You promised I wouldn’t get shot.
BRANNIGAN
I said you probably wouldn’t get shot.
MARTIN
Need I remind you of the vision?
BRANNIGAN
No.
MARTIN
I think it’s important. I want to make sure I got it right.
INT. HALLWAY – DREAMSCAPE
MARTIN (V.O.)
You’re in a hallway, lying on your side. All you see come around the corner are shoes and the bottom of a coat. As you roll over all you see is the flash of gunfire, and you’re dead.
INT. APARTMENT – DAY
MARTIN
Have you ever thought that this obsession of yours might be creating a self fulfilling prophecy?
BRANNIGAN
Maybe. I wouldn’t have a vision if I couldn’t change it though. That’s how they work. The girl on the bridge, or the robbery at the jewelry store. If I can get to the Ghost before he gets the Rile Yamot, I can stop The Boss.
MARTIN
What’s a Rile Yamot?
BRANNIGAN
I don’t know. In my vision about the Boss, he was with an advisor of some sort who was whispering into his ear. I could barely hear, only got bits and pieces. A Rile Yamot will destroy his empire if he didn’t get to it…or something. I’ve Googled the hell out of it, Babel fished it, sent it past occult researchers…nothing.
MARTIN
Who’s to say he hasn’t gotten his Yamot already?
BRANNIGAN
There was a calendar on the wall. He doesn’t get the memo until next year.
MARTIN
And you want me to help you find your phantom.
BRANNIGAN
Yes
MARTIN
Does my mortal peril concern you at all?
BRANNIGAN
On a professional level, sure.
MARTIN
Remind me why I’m your friend?
BRANNIGAN
Because I’m awesome? I’m a psychic that brings you the best stories? Martin, please!
MARTIN
Fine! I expect an interview by the end of this.
BRANNIGAN
Of course you will. First step; breaking into the evidence room.
MARTIN
Doing a what? You know, I hate you.
