Pushups- 13 Situps- 28 Pullups from ground - 1 Pullups held - 3 seconds Chin Ups from ground- 0 Chin Ups held - 20 seconds One Mile- 9:53 Three Mile- [Did Not Compete]
Due to the intrensic difficulties in quantifying the swimming trial I'm suspending that event until I decide on a way to make it universal over any length of pool.

My scores: Pushups- 4 Situps: 63 Go pilates! Pullups: like half. :-p Chinups: same. .5 Chinup and hold 13 seconds I didn't run today. I might make an effort at the mile later this week. The three mile, definately not this week.

Why not, it could be fun. I still need to find some place to do this, though - I tried situps in my room, and let me tell you, those carpets are really just for show, to my back they're harder than concrete.

A little late, but I've been at work since Monday. Last check in for February!

I haven't had a chance to get the treadmill yet to run the mile, but I will as soon as I recover from working the last few days straight.
