Your Majesties, I was wondering if it would be permissable for me to post health tips for our lovely citizens from time to time, or answer specific health questions? I'm no doctor, but I have a lot of experiance in herbal medicine and aromatherapy, and will be happy to share what I know.

That would be wonderful. The Queen has interests in herbology and homeopathy. I think that would be a delightful service.

This is a wonderful idea. I actually have the first question for you. What would you recommend for relieving tension headaches?

Hello stargurl1457 Tension heaches are blood vessels in the brain becoming inflamed, mainly due to stress. Another, often unseen factor is "is your hair too tight?". I used to keep my hair in a tight ponytail, and wonder why i'd get rotten headaches. Now that cause and other main idea have been discussed, on the to the fun part! Cayenne Pepper is brilliant for reducing inflamation, as is Ginger. For the actual pain part Passionflower herb. It is a sedative, so don't take too much, unless you're going to bed, or winding down for the night. Good luck!
