I'll take part.. though.. question! Do we count the ladies versions of any of these.. and if we have nothing to 'pull up' with, is the substitute for that allowed? (The substitute being to place your hands down on a seat and extend your legs out do your heels rest on the floor. Then moving your body down, supposted by your hands on the eat, til its almost at the floor and beinging your body back up again.. it kills after a while). That, and can there be some more activities for the challenge? EDIT: On reading one of the threads, one of my questions has been answered. For the July one, may we have: Push Ups Pull ups Squats Sit ups Running/jogging (timed rather than 1 mile.. so you see for how long you can run/jog before you have to stop to rest (walking allowed).. cause there will always be a point where you just can't run anymore, as I regularly reached that in P.E..) I think this is pretty cool.. as it encourages fitness regemes through competition.. which I really need to do

Any playground has any number of things to pull up on. What you've described is called a dip, and when you're really strong can be done on parallel bars without your feet touching the ground. It's a push, not a pull, so that wouldn't work as well.

Hmm.. nearest park that has something to pull on up would be a 40 minute walk away .. so.. don't think I'll do that one somehow. And hmm.. 'dips' would be a good one to include then, no? .. I like them.. even if they kill after a while lol

awesome!.. If the heat stays as it is however, my scores won't be very good.

Heat does make exertion more difficult. Though I bet most people here in California would put on a coat and shiver and anything you consider hot, which makes me laugh.

Tis quite ironic .. however, at the moment, the Uk has hit what we're calling a 'heat wave'. We're having temperatures of about 30-31 degrees C.. which is about a general summer in NY and a general day in Mumbai, aparantly xD
