As many mushrooms as you need, sliced. I find swiss brown and portabello work well for flavour. Powdered sage Chilli flakes Butter (or a good milk free margarine like Nuttelex)
Take about 4 minutes to cook.
Heat the butter in a fry pan till all melted Add the Mushrooms Add/shake/spoon out the sage and chilli flakes on top of the mushrooms Stir around till the mushrooms are indeed buttered Drain the excess butter/alternative by tilting the pan towards you. Serve and enjoy.
Goes well with poached eggs on toast.
The chilli also helps to stimulate the digestive system, maing it an ideal first thing to eat for breakfast
